today i received a friend request from my brother on facebook.

you may be thinking whats this? i never knew she had a brother?

well, i do… kind of. the story goes that when i was 5 my mother got married to a man who had 2 boys. they both adopted each others children (this is how i came to be a “Fritzky”) after so long they divorced and the boys and i were seperated. i have tried to contact them through the years at different times and due to certain circumstances which are much too much to get into right now at 1 30 in the am, since i most definitely did not write this sooner and decided that now would be as good a time as any just to get it out. :)

i was the middle child of us 3, just for a reference point. so, [my older brother] sent me a friend request on facebook today and asked me to come to his wedding. it was like the phone call from a long lost friend that you always knew would come. and that pretty much just made my day. all which way and back.

it made me think of how “we know that all things work together for good to those who love God” and i smile…

i feel like i have love bubbling out of my heart right now. when maybe it should feel like something quite different. isnt there something that pauls says like… delighting in persecution because he knows the benefits that it will reap? right now i have several member of my family undergoing various forms of “persecution” and they are so strong.

sheesh. i wish i could say what it is that i want to say, but i feel like it is more of a feeling than anything that can quite be put into words. the one thing that i love most about what i have learned at lwfc is UNITY. that is what a church, the church, is. Christ. we are Christ, “make my joy complete by being like-minded, having the same love, being one in spirit and purpose” this is what He said. we are one family, we are one Spirit, we are one purpose, we are ONE. what hurts you hurts me, but what you stand for I stand also. we put our differences aside and we LOVE. and we speak FAITH. and we are one FAMILY with a VISION. and this just makes my heart bubble over with love. and i just dont know how else to put it…
